Injecta is fully aware of the economic and social role it plays in the context in which it operates; for this reason, it is increasingly committed to improving the working conditions of its staff, who are an integral part of the organisation, with total respect for their dignity and freedom.
Senior management is convinced that through its commitment and thus the implementation of a social responsibility system, it can progressively disseminate principles, ethical and social values to all stakeholders inside and outside the organisation. With this in mind, Injecta considers employees and collaborators its greatest resource, guarantees their rights and supports their professional and personal development. It also considers its suppliers to be fundamental both for the realisation of the quality of its products and services and for the achievement of social equity objectives. Through this Social Responsibility Policy, Injecta is committed to:
- Comply with all the requirements of the SA 8000 Standard;
- Comply with national laws and regulations, applicable to the activity it carries out, and relating to the protection and safeguarding of workers in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/08);
- Comply with laws, provisions, international recommendations and their interpretations officially issued by the human rights bodies (ILO - UN);
In order to achieve its objectives, the company is committed to disseminating the principles of social responsibility, internally to all employees and collaborators, thanks also to the support of the Workers' Representative for SA 8000, externally to its suppliers and sub-suppliers and all stakeholders.
Specifically, the requirements that the company undertakes to respect and enforce by its suppliers relate to:
CHILD AND CHILD LABOUR
- Absolute absence of child labour and child labour in general, in the production cycle also of suppliers, outsourcers, business partners;
- Definition of procedures to be adopted when child workers are present;
FORCED WORK
- Absence of forced or compulsory labour;
- Absence of personnel, in force against their will, under threat of punishment or blackmail in general;
- Neither the organisation, nor its suppliers, collaborators, partners, use or support human trafficking.
HEALTH AND SAFETY OF WORKERS
- Guaranteeing all workers, without distinction, an adequate and safe working environment;
- Ensure that workers receive an adequate assessment of the risks present in the company, which also takes into account any collective and individual protective equipment to be provided to workers;
- Organise, implement and maintain the integrated management system, with particular regard to health and safety aspects (thus conforming to UNI ISO 45001).
FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION
- Respect for the right to trade union freedom and promotion of collective bargaining;
- Freedom of election of trade union representatives and trade union membership.
WORKING HOURS AND SALARY
- Right to a decent wage and working hours in accordance with the CCNL for all employees;
- Guarantee of an adequate salary, in line with the provisions of the CCNL, which is sufficient for a decent and dignified life.
DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
- Implementation of the disciplinary regulation as laid down in the CCNL, with an absolute ban on physical punishment, threats and verbal violence.
EQUAL PAY AND DISCRIMINATION
- Guarantee of a fair wage for all workers, regardless of gender, race, religion, political opinion, nationality, social class;
- Prohibition of any form of discrimination, such as exclusion or preference based on race, age, religion, political opinion, nationality, social class.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of the implemented integrated system;
The commitment to Social Responsibility that Injecta assumed, translates into actions aimed at:
- Maintain an integrated Quality, Environment, Safety and Social Responsibility Management System to ensure proper implementation of all company processes, with maximum respect for the work of all employees and collaborators;
- Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of social responsibility performance;
- Raise awareness of all stakeholders, internal and external, on ethical and social issues, giving visibility through the website or other appropriate forms of publicity;
- Make this Policy and the procedures for handling major social responsibility issues public and accessible, at all levels of the company, by posting on notice boards, publication on the website and appropriate training.

Injetca has established a Social Performance Team (SPT). To date, the SPT consists of the Management Representative (RDD) and one employee. The tasks assigned to the SPT are:
- Collaborate with Senior Management on the correct application of the Standards;
- Facilitating communication between workers and management;
- Identify and assess risks, prioritising areas with the greatest potential for non-compliance with the SA8000 Standard;
- Carrying out monitoring activities in workplaces to keep an eye on:

- The implementation of actions planned to address the risks identified by the TSP;
- The effectiveness of the methods adopted to meet the organisation's policies and the requirements of the Standard;
- Participate in the preparation of the Social Report and Review of the Integrated Management System;
- Ensure the implementation of actions put in place for the resolution of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions;
- Participate in the development of the information training plan;
- Gather information from stakeholders and involve them in monitoring activities;
- Organise regular meetings to identify possible actions to make the implementation of the Standard more effective.
