Project description
Injecta Srl, which has always been attentive to the goals set by the digital transition, carried out a Digital Diagnosis intervention that enabled it to obtain an estimate of the digital maturity of business processes, identify operational inefficiencies and find the solution to implement innovation and digital transformation programmes.
Results and Aims
The Digital Diagnostic obtained represents a necessary first step to initiate an operational efficiency plan by defining strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement. The analysis will make it possible to optimise the processes, technologies and organisations required to achieve the identified objectives, through the control of business processes and the evaluation of expected costs and benefits deriving from the proposed operational efficiency plan.
